- 3 roll coating system, including one chrome metering roll, one chrome bottom roller and one rubber application roll.
- Aqueous coating and UV coating capabilities in one machine.
- Variable power adjustable IR lamps
- Easily removable rubber application roller for easy maintanence and cleaning and textured roll changeover.
- Fluid pump with UV coating recirculation system and aqueous coating recirculation system separately.
- Interlocking guards and e-stop switches for safety protection
- Capable of paper, board stocks, PVC, PET, PE from offset, inkjet, HP Indigo, Canon, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh presses etc.
- Capable of off-line or inline with different presses.
- With digital printing, there are many challenges in matching the right UV coatings for printing with the right print to achieve good flow feature, good adhesion and high gloss levels.
- SRA3 and B2 format are available.
- Cold UV option is available
