JetTouch B2-S is a 100% digital Inkjet Spot UV Coater that can create a raised 2D & 3D UV effect and 2D & 3D foil effect. This machine is perfect for short run, customized printing and packaging jobs or proof making before mass production. The embellishing effect definitely makes images and text stand out to the recipient.
The capabilities of this machine has:
1.) Ability to run spot UV only, cold foil only or both spot UV and cold foil.
2.) Ability to apply 2D spot UV or 3D spot UV on wide variety of substrates
3.) Ability to apply 2D cold foil or 3D cold foil on wide variety of substrates
4.) Ability to apply multiple levels of spot UV(not a flat spot UV like screen printers)
5.) Ability to apply patterns of spot UV coating and cold foil to wide variety of substrates
6.) Ability to produce samples quickly and modify quickly without further cost upon customers’ requirements.
7.) Ability to produce braille with paper one-pass delivery.

JetTouch B2-S Digital Inkjet Spot UV Coater with cold foil machine has 7 KM1024i inkjet heads with scan-type working mode which enable it to produce very thick coating.
