This is a brief introduction and guidelines of Xindecheng’s JetTouch Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Digital Foil presses for printing and packaging industry application.

1. When did you develope digital Embellishment Press?
   We started to show our first generation of digital embellishment press in China Print 2017 in Beijing.

2. What machine models do you have?
   We have mainly following models:
   A: Entry-level model Inkjet Spot UV Coater A350, single pass mode
   B: B3 model Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Digital Foil AD350, single pass mode and multiple pass mode
   C: B2 model Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Digital Foil AD580, single pass mode and multiple pass mode
   D: B1 model Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Digital Foil AD760, for paper, plastic etc, single pass mode and multiple pass mode
   E: B1 model Inkjet Spot UV Coater A860, for metal plate of beverage cans, single pass mode

3. What applications can the digital embellishment press do?
   A: 2D spot UV
   B: 3D Spot UV(Raised spot UV)
   C: 2D cold foil
   D: 3D cold foil(relief foil)
   E: Digital drip-off effect
   F: Braille printing(under multiple pass mode)

4. What is your advantage of the digital embellishment press?
   There are two working mode in JetTouch Digital Embellishment Press: multiple pass for high thickness which is good for many special media and also good for braille printing; and single pass for high productivity, which is good for the medium and short run of large printing jobs with thin varnish requirement.
   It is highly customized. We can customize the machine on basis of your requirement for special applications and special substrates.
5. Can we use multiple pass mode for low thickness?
   Yes, surely. You can choose multiple pass mode for as thin as 10 micron, which the print bar will move one time of back and forth.
   In multiple pass mode, you can do single pass jobs but with lower speed.

5. What is your policy for foreign market?
   We hope to find the local business partner to provide immediate and on-time service and support. So we are looking for business partners from all different countries.
   We will send technicians to do installation and train for the first machine.
6. Do you accept OEM project?
   Yes, we can do OEM project on basis of your requirement, whether it is for special printing application or for special substrate or even for special marketing purpose.
   We have strong R&D team to support the OEM project.
7. What is JetTouch?
   This is Xindecheng’s registered trademark. It is the trademark of Xindecheng’s digital embellishment presses, including B3, B2 and B1 Inkjet Spot UV Coater with or without Digital Foil.
   Jet represents the printing technology of inkjet; Touch represents the tactile feature of the printing jobs, 3d UV and 3d foil.
8. What inkjet heads do you use?
   For sheetfed digital embellishment presses, we use KM1024i. It has 1024 independent drive nozzles, 4 lines of 256 nozzles with maximum drive frequency of 45kHz, appropriate control of ink temperature by built-in heater, capable of printing of maximum of 8 drop sizes, high resolution of 360npi.
   We use both KM1024iMHE-13 and KM1024iLHE-30.
9. What software will you provide in the PC?
   We will provide Galaxy View and HSVision for cameras control and application; Printing Manager for format convert and greyscale setup; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator, Office.
   We also provide Wechat, Outlook etc for printing files transfer.
10. How do you calculate the printing cost?
    There is Varnish Consumption in Printing Manager which shows the varnish consumption after you upload the printing file. There is also a counter for printing sheets, total varnish consumption.
    There is a simple formula for rough cost: 1000/length/width/thicknessx1000/coverage% if you know the printing sheet size, printing thickness and coverage.
