Print China 2019 was a big 4-year event in Printing & Packaging industry where more than 1000 exhibitors showed their products in five days. Yutian Xindecheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd (XDC UV Coater) showed digital 3D inkjet spot UV coating machine JetTouch B2, B2 flat UV flood coater UV760A with textured roller and LED UV Coating Machine LED360A in this show.

JetTouch B2 is a very good and value-added digital enhancement printer. Without making any plate or die, you can do spot UV directly from the computer to the printings. And its cold foil station can do foil stamping digitally, easy fast and without any waste, bringing touchable shining effect.
We have finalized the camera registration system and make sure of high printing precision on a mass production level. The registration system works very well for offset printings and digital printings.
Varnish is an important factor in this Inkjet Spot UV Coater project and after long time of experiment and test, we have chosen the final formula of varnish, suitable for the inkjet heads, paper and foil.

LED UV is a cold UV which is low power consumption and safe. This is the industrial trend for coating finish on the printings and this will be where the profit and value goes.
With our very affordable varnish, this LED360A is suitable for offset printings, indigo digital printings and toner printings from Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, Canon etc.
