The UV(Ultra Violet) oven or UV dryer is a curing tunnel suitable to cure UV inks or UV varnishes which has UV photosensitive initiators. The UV oven is equipped with a UV lamp with high income and performance capable to cure the most difficult job printed with UV inks or UV varnishes. The UV oven can be equipped with 1,2 or 3 lamps in one single system.
It is instant cure and dry, high production efficiency
It is widely used in:
- Printing: widely used in screen printing, lithography, letterpress printing, adhesive label printing, etc.
- Coating: the glossy surface coating, prints coating, plastic floor tiles, PU leather into polishing, fiber optic lines and other surface coating etc.
- Circuit printing: the circuit board CHIP components and a variety of electronic parts etc.
The IR (Infra Red)dryer is a drying tunnel suitable to dry aqueous inks or aqueous varnishes with infrared radiations.
Infrared dryers are having superior Air Handling circulation inside.
Forced airflow by fans and blower speed up drying process.
High-volume circulation blower get the web air out of dryer tunnel quickly.
Generally medium wave infrared lamp and short wave IR lamp are used in graphic art industry:
Short wave infrared (wavelength range from 780 nm to 1400 nm).
Medium wave infrared (wavelength range 1400 nm and 3000 nm).
