The Fourth Industrial Revolution (or Industry 4.0) is the ongoing automation of traditional manufacturing and industrial practices, using modern smart technology. Large-scale machine-to-machine communication (M2M) and the internet of things (IoT) are integrated for increased automation, improved communication and self-monitoring, and production of smart machines that can analyze and diagnose issues without the need for human intervention.

For increasing workline productiveness and lowering down the labors cost, especially during 2020’s covid-19 pandemic period, Industry 4.0 or smart manufacture requires a more responsive, adaptive and connected manufacturing line. In order to support this industrial trend and smart manufacturing, we Xindecheng (XDC) have developed Remote Controller Module (RCM) for our UV & Aqueous coating machines.

With Remote Controller Module, we can ensure of the communication between the UV coating machine and ERP/MES system. The UV coating machine can be operated/maintained remotely and at the same time provide and store production data for ERP/MES system.
