- Corona Treatment: Effectively pre-treat the surface tension of the substrates to increase the adhesion of inks.
- Tension Controller: Delivers accurate tension control and good droplet placement.
- UV-LED Pinning: “freeze” ink droplets to control dot gain before the ink spreads, to achieve vivid color and sharp image edge.
- Inkjet Heads Cleaning: Allow full automatic de-gassing,wiping, and capping, each color head can be cleaned separately to ensure long lifespan and avoid ink waste.
- Integrated ink supply and negative Pressure system: PLC control ink supply and Negative pressure system.
- Rewinder: the machine is equipped a 76.2mm servo-driven rewinding shaft with magnetic particle clutch and closed-loop tension control system.
- Roll-back system: the media can be rolled back neatly with the help of magnatic particle motor.
- Print position fine-tuning: Position of the print module can be adjusted within full media region.
- Variable Date Printing: Machine support variable date printing, specifically used for industrial short-run narrow web production. Integrated with advanced UV inkjet printing technology,it can be applied for lables,hangtags,tickets,RFID etc.
