| We are factory of UV & IR Coating Machine with 20 years of manufacturing and developing experiences. UV coating curing machine is our main exporting products for 15 years, including Flat UV coater and Spot UV coater. |
| How to choose a suitable UV coater? |
| You need to consider following factors: 1. The type of material; 2. Size and thickness of material; 3. Your process of coating job; 4. The running speed of machine; 5. The automation level of machine; 6. The type of coating liquid; 7. Any special requirement; 8. Target budget; With above information, we can recommend suitable model of UV coater for you. |
| How to make test with the roller coater machine? |
| In order to carry out the test properly, we need you to send us: 1. The material that you need to coat; 2. The coating liquid that you need to use(or information of the coating liquid); 3. The purpose of the coating; 4. The result you expect to get; 5. Any special requirement; Then we can do the test and we will send the tested samples back to you after the test. |
| How to make test with the inkjet spot UV coater machine? |
| In order to carry out the test properly, we need you to send us: 1. The printed material with registration mark; 2. The spot UV design files; 3. The press you use to do the printing; 4. Any pre-treatment like primer coating or lamination before the spot UV coating you need us to do； 5. Any special requirement; Then we can d othe test and we will send the tested samples back to you after the test. |
| Is there any samples available? If so, how can I get it? |
| We have samples booklet of flat UV coating and samples booklet of spot UV coating at hand now. We will provide requested samples booklet for free and just fill the Sample Request Form for free delivery. |
| What service and support will you provide? |
| For all of our UV coating machines, we will provide: 1. Free replacement of warranty spare parts during warranty period; 2. Supply of spare parts for product life long 3. Installation and train on spot; 4. Pre-sales train and test; 5. Technical support pre-sales and after-sales; 6. OEM/ODM for special project; 7. Market analysis and information share. |
| Is there any special support for dealer/distributor? |
| Yes, we will provide a free demo sample for our dealer/distributor on certain condition. For details information, you can fill the Free Demo UV Coater and we will contact you in the soonest time. |
| What is your warranty policy? |
| For warranty spare parts, we will provide 12-month warranty during which period we will provide free spare parts for replacement of the defective parts due to quality or crafts problem. |
| What is the process of cooperation? |
| 1. Discuss about the technical issues of the requested UV coater; 2. Make formal quotation on basis of technical discussion; 3. Make test or pre-sales train; 4. Make PI for customer; and customer remit payment according to PI; 5. Prepare the production; pre-shipping inspection; pictures/videos will be offered; 6. Arrange shipping plan; customers make customs clearance and get the goods with our shipping documents; 7. Installation and test before mass production; 8. Start mass production. Above process may be omitted or repeated during different period for different projects. |
| What is your payment term? |
| T/T and L/C is accepted by our company; OA is acceptable only for long time partners. |
| What is your delivery term? |
| We can carry out the shipping on term of FOB(EXW), C&F(CIF) or DDU(DDP) according to customers’ request and sales conditions. |
| What is your packages? |
| We will make good packages suitable for sea/air delivery. For LCL shipment, we will use wooden box with steel pallet base; for FCL shipment, we will use steel pallet base only. |
| What is your lead time? |
| If we have the machines in stock, we will make the delivery immediately. For production plan, we need four weeks for flood UV coater and eight weeks for inkjet Spot UV coater. |
| How to reach your factory? |
| You can take plane to Beijing International Airport and we will pick you up from the airport. It will take around 90 minutes from the airport to our factory. |
| Do you provide financial service? |
| Yes, we provide different financial support on basis of the order, customer location and trade term. You may contact us about our financial service before you place order. |
