This digital UV glazing Machine is a robust, reliable and durable prints converting machine which can apply UV varnish onto printed media and add brightness to the prints.
This digital UV glazing machine adopts roller applying technology in an advanced design which will ensure the UV oil(UV varnish) flow in a smooth and even way, avoiding the problems of lines,bubble, bumpy etc.
The UV dryer with high performance UV curing application and reasonable structure will make sure the UV varnish is cured and dried completely without problem of “yellowish” or “whitening”.
After treatment of UV oil varnishing and glazing, the prints will have a higher glossiness with features of foil-proof, moisture-proof and wear-proof, and can stand UV light and time usage.
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen to make sure of easy operation and stable performance.
The machine can install aire knife system so it can run thin paper or thin media over 90gsm.
This machine can add corona treatment for plastic sheet such as PE, PET, PVC, PP etc and increase the surface force so the UV varnish can have a better bonding feature with the plastic sheets.
This roburst and reliable UV glazing machine can work 24/7 in high speed to make it a profitable converting and finishing equipment for graphics customers.
The machine has one UV lamp and three IR lamps(Machine with dual UV lamps is available, or machine with all IR lamps is available too).
The material width is 800mm(other width is available under OEM design).
Lacquring speed is 35m/min.
