- Software and GUI
The setup and control software of the printing system is on basis of pc computer. The software has strong setup function and one RIP system for VDP. All above is achieved by GUI, which can select printing files, count and other set up.

- Inkjet heads and ink supply system
Use DoD piezoelectric inkjet heads, each nozzole with independent drive. The firing frequency of the head is 24KHz, jetting stable, inner temperature control unit to ensure of stable temperature for ink working.
Resolution is 360-1080dpi, support 8 levels of greyscale printing. The varnish thickness vary from 10 micron to 43 micron. The smallest line is 7 micron.
The ink tank and control system support maximumly 12 inkjet heads, the velocity is 120ml/min.
Ink pump replenish ink with velocity of 400ml/min.
- Pneumatic control system
The whole machine has three part with pneumatic control:
Negative pressure control—The printing system require a negative pressure to keep the ink in the heads. The negative pressure will create void of 10~12 inches high water pressure. The pneumatic control system will maintain such negative pressure in printing and ink replenishing.
Ink supply system—The positive pressure will push the varnish into the head while push the air out from the nozzles.
De-gas—The negative pressure will work on the varnish to push it through the filter membrane while de-gas.
- Print engine and supply hose
The heads should keep straight above moving substrates. The inkjet heads are installed above the conveyor belts and can be adjustable horizontally.
The control board need supply hose to regulate the varnish between the nozzles and ink tank.
All movement are vertical type; inspection/ink supply/preparation/print, achieved by a vertical linear activator on the print engine.

- System integration
This inkjet spot UVcoating machine will work in the can production line so it need integrate into the production line.
The inkjet heads is quick-change design, and can be adjusted easily and quickly with the other accessories. The inkjet heads have cover and seals to protect it.
