An air knife for UV coating machine is a device to blow off the thin paper or thin media such as PVC, PP, PE, PET sheet from the rubber application roller as the thin media go through the coating head.
The air knife consists of a high-intensity, uniform sheet of streamline airflow with a line of nozzles from air compressor.
The photoelectric sensor and blow direction will make sure of stable and precise performance of the air knife.
