We developed the new UV & AQ roll to roll coating machine that covers printing with a specially formulated UV Varnish or water-base varnish and allows to achieve a bright or matte finish according to the used varnish and substrate BOPP or Paper. This is a special designed web UV coating machine for labels and signage materials.

UV coater for red wine label

We use cold UV curing solution with shutter and quartz glass which is essential to web coating.
We use six IR lamps for drying water-base varnish.
The varnish finish will produce more durable labels/signage and give more resistance to water, solvents and frequent use.
The varnish finish will enhance the printing colors and quality and bring more value to the printing job.
Unwinding and rewinding with air shaft to hold the paper reel.
PLC control, touch screen operation mode.
Single side coating.
Option: corona treatment, web guide etc.
