We have developed the roll to roll varnish system UV Coater XDC330R that covers prints with a specially formulated UV Varnish and allows to achieve a glossy or matte or soft-touch finish.
Roll to roll UV Coating machine:
This UV coating finish will improve the quality of labels printed from inkjet printer or flexo printer or plate label printer etc.
The UV varnish finish will enhance the color and quality of prints; and give more resistance to moisture, solvents and scratch-off; and ensure long-time usage even under sun light.
It will give the labels an eye-catching look and smooth feel.
Roll to roll primer coating machine:
This rollfed UV Coater XDC330R has one UV lamp and three IR lamps. Besides the UV coating after printing from presses, you can do primer coating before printing too.
You can do primer coating on special media that need higher dyne value and better adhesive feature for Indigo press or inkjet press or laser toner printers.
